We promise to you that we will provide the best possible service we can but in order to be able to do so please read the following Terms and Conditions.

Please note that due to the nature of the products and services we provide refunds are not offered for any beats purchased from our online store - however we do realise that problems outside both of our controls may arise therefore if you think there has been a problem and you deserve a refund please do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not store any information on you outside of things necessary in order to conduct business, this may include - Name, Bank account information and else.
After you buy a product from us all rights of it belong to you, if you are interested in fully purchasing exclusive use rights to a beat or song from us please contact us below - the only exception to this is free products offered by us for which we retain full ownership and control.
Please note that any unsavoury behaviour such as: Hate speech, bullying, rude comments and any disrespect towards our staff will not be tolerated and will lead to you being blacklisted from doing any further business with us and may in extreme cases result in legal action being taken.
We reserve the right to disable any user accounts if we suspect any foul play or fraudulent activity has taken place and we will be in communication to you regarding this.
After you download a product you are free to do with it as you please and tweak it in any way you desire - our beats are not only meant to be a pre-made ready-to-use product but also to serve as a platform for those who wish to tweak and put their own spin on.

Return and Refund Policy

The following points will detail our return and refund policy.

Please understand that we can not refund you a digital product if you do not like it, this is to protect both your rights to the purchased product and us from theft and fraud.
Please note that refunds for custom requests are reviewed on a case to case basis, as we work very closely with you to ensure we create something perfectly to your liking.
In extreme cases we may review your refund request if we find that the product was not up to our high standards - please note that this investigative process may take a couple of days, rest easy and know that we review every case to the best of our ability.
If for any reason the product does not work as advertised, is incompatible with your device or is broken in any way please do not hesitate to inform us and we will investigate - again this process may take a couple of days.
In the case a refund request is accepted we will refund your whole payment to the bank account you paid us with this may take up to 10 business days.
From the date of purchase you will have 48 hours to contact us about any problems with your product after which we will consider the sale final and no longer be able to issue refunds, please note this 48 hour period does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that once a refund is issued you relinquish all ownership of the purchased product and will be subject to legal action if you refuse to do so.
